yeah windows 7 and yes windows found the drivers automatically when i plugged it in

Ok that could be the problem kell i only use xp myself,red something b4 about 7 not liking it cant remember what though,anyway you may get more suggestions from people using 7 as i can help you no more for now so i bid you adieu....................

i dunno what the hell happened but the blooming thing is working thanks to my boyfriend who isnt blone by the way

just dunno what we are gonna do when it needs an update

You update by lan after flashing very easy just keep an eye open in the forum for S/W updates..................

What did he do different to you to get it working..................

he was messing around with the installation and bobs your uncle it all came on

didnt even use the cable
software must of been on it already
