    first thread please help switched kryptvew a780 on last night came on screen not certified product only 3 month old prior to this all been ok is there a remedy for this cheers edsices

    What date firmware is it flashed with m8 and welcome to the forum...................

          its stuck on that the front of the box numbers keep flickering cant get onto menu cheers edsices

            Try a reflash with this file m8 and see how you get on not come across this b4....................

                    if the box says not certified product it needs to go back to the supplier nothing that you can do

                        i tried to update my a750 the other week thro remote,and it came up the same ,not certified product ,i could not update it .had to rescan channels and all ok ,no s/w update though

                          "Not certified" means the box has lost its unique certificate information and is effectively screwed. Without this info the box cannot log into the cardserver so cannot decrypt any channels.

                          Only thing you can do is try to persuade the original vendor to swap the box under warranty but, as you've voided the warranty by flashing the box, they actually have no real obligation so your really hoping for vendor good will.

                            put box on another unit and it started to work brought it home and is working what the problem was i still dont know but thanks to everyone who replied cheers edsices
