So if i was to buy one of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/RS232-Connec.../dp/B00899XM36
then will i not need the iconnector as this will connect to the internet through the RS232 port at the back of the box. And i have a Null Modem Cable along with a RS232 to Serial Adaptor which will help me load the firmware. I cannot find the iconnector that is supposed to go with the box can you tell where i would be able to purchase one from?

iconnect.jpgwasting your time i dont think people got a workaround fix,this box is pre n3 when it came out first,and to get it working after that the iconnect came out to hook up to internet anything else wont work,better going for another box like the 780 as the iconnect sold for ?80 and like gold dust now.

hey guys still stuck tryn to run the loader, followed the tut best of knowledge with ports setup,read through previous posts for info, done all of this correct when first got box since then got new laptop nothing happen for me, any help welcome

you are putting the file [extracted]? into the loader like in the tuts,if on new laptop did you use the cd disk first before you plugged the usb apaptor in.thats one reason why a serial port is handier and quicker

Your post is a bit vague, but if you mean that they are compressed files (zip or RAR), then you need a program to uncompress them first (such as IZArc).

Yes that seems to be what it is, does that mean I need to download something else to get this to open on my computer? I'm not any good with these things so any help is much appreciated. I've downloaded firmware but my computer says it needs to know what programme to use to open it.

Thats coz it a bin file m8 you dont need to open it on your pc,just flash 2 the box .................
