how to set up kryptview a780 box

I installed a kryptview box in friends other month, now he has decided to move box up stairs, can someone tell me how to do a factory reset and re scan so can guide him over the phone to do this thanks

bit hard to follow, what do you press on remote plus select on screen

if u put it in for him and scanned it, all he needs to do is, run cable upstairs with an internet connection, no need for anything, its moreorless plug n play u have already set it up.

so what is the steps to take then in order

i would say only thing might be needed is a factory reset/rescan from direct feed,choose correct provider and net id,did you leave a note of what provider and net id was when setup over there?? no bad show
password when doing factory reset 0000.

ur kidding? lift box go up 14 or more steps screw cable in and that's it.

he said it had no signal he done a scan and still said no signal so what to tell how to do factory reset then scan
