theres a problem somewhere with no sub your lowest signal level should be reading 56 on that TP its then down to yourself to use a signal booster if you want them channels but 22 signal is always going to be dead try not using anything else modem when scanning your box just use direct line into your box see if that helps any i mean at 56 on the tp theres going to be problems mabe a basic package of tv then any problems on your line at least your covered in knowing vermin will fix it

My brother lives next door and his SSP1 and SSP3 is working fine, checked his frequency and tried doing a manual scan his shows as channel 18 scanning all networks the signal quality appears below 15, could this be the reason?

can u not run a feed from his line then?
