I've got back up, but it still pisses me off. What about the people that are still buying the boxes, is there a small print saying back up needed when you buy this product, maybe a two for one deal with an Android box.

it should come back but when? things go pearshaped for all on things it was like this ever since boxes were made and sold,its not the longest having problems were they they down for a month or months before and came back,6 days is longest i have seen in a while.
it will get back as now i see 2 users still have full service and i wonder what lan provider they are with.?

The fault is not on our ends, just leave that one alone now please. Are the two users living on top on the server if not their is little chance they have got a good service.

3 boxes yes a very small minority but not all gone,ok not your fault but everybody elses ,i have to put in post in the comedy section to get a smilei do hope they get it fixed bloody soon ,i have to watch paint dry sometime.

so you spent all that money and you are having problems what a shame did you expect perfect trouble free viewing you do realise what these boxes do is in fact illegal listen m8 I don't know how long you had yer box but I had mine 6 yr and its paid for itself many times over if you want trouble free viewing get yer hands in yer pocket and pay vm or go sat route rant over
