I find it shocking that people would target you just because your moaning about the box that you paid good money for only a month ago. I think you have a right to moan tbh.
Tbh they should of stopped selling these 6 months ago or maybe longer, they have been suspect for a while now.

Solo the boxes have be temperamental for a while now, hopefully it does get sorted, but atm it seems like we get a good service for a week or two then they start playing up again. The KV team do try their best though and i'm sure they are trying to sort it out.
