Installation of kriptview

Hi, greetings guys. Please kindly assist. Am having difficulty with the installation of the box with my Tv. I use indoor arial in my room where am used to getting few channels but as soon as i connected the box with the tv through the scarlet plug. I switched on the box and my program went off, showing no signal/bad signal. Pls what can i do to rectify this. Thanks all.

welcome to dk olly am i reading this right you connect your kryptview up to aerial? this is a cable receiver it wont work on aerial. if it is connected to the cable feed tho when you switch box on it would have selected another av channel, turn it off and the tv should return to its previous status. However if it is showing bad or no signal it may just need flashing with correct firmware

hello all

having all kinds of problems installing kryptview A750
followed tutorials about flashing but keep getting "downloading not requested" on the STB editor.
i am sure i have the correct Null cable and the USB converter is all installed with correct driver.

i switch the box off at back, hit start,then in a few seconds i get the evil message

any help?

you more than likely need to assign a comport number, not all usb ports use com1, have you checked in device manager which comport number is being used then change the one on loader to the identical one

Once you have hit start you have to quickly switch the box back On
