Can be updated via the KV menu. When online - Press menu - Installation - SW Update - Press OK - It will now update.

Factory reset and carry out an autoscan.

Installed SW, carried out factory reset and rescan and still only get "scrambled or no video" ?

I have the same problem i have updated my software to 24/4/2011, and channels are still not coming up
i have only bbc news channels and itv1 & channel 4 and other normal channels i dont get any premimum channels

did you factory reset and rescan correct provider with lan removed,when channls loaded insert lan and reboot box modem and router

follow cactikids instructions and reset everything by switching off by the mains for a couple of minutes and it should be ok .

Sorry if i sound silly,
but when you scan do you select "network" scan ?
Just wondering as above posts said to remove lan

yes remove lan before you scan and insert after channels are loaded.

hi i have done everything that has been said above but all im getting is sly sports 1,2,3 and a few others is thier no movies yet

latest news please follow after you factory reset power off at rear for 30 secs then on,it clears out all transponders for a fresh install.
