Kryptview a780 picture breaking up

have just bought new a780 box can anyone tell me how to set it up,on virgin new cards in area,chippedboxes down,downloaded firmware,fix from barque,straight cable into box,reads scrambled or no vidio,please help or am i flogging a dead horse....cheers

are you connected to router as well?

firmware in downloads above,also have you downloaded correct one?and did you remove black tape from rear of box and connect cable

thanks all picture is much metter after i moved my firemare to may 2010 version it still freezes but not bad as the new version and this atleast you watch
