Kryptview A780 No Channels found

Hi,
I have updated the firmware on box rebooted not finding any channels just to clarify that the only cable coming out of box is the ethernet to router

plugged in cable got bout 20 channels for 10 minutes then sreen says scrambled or no video

factory reset and auto scan with lan removed,plug in after box has rebooted,maybe need to reboot both units again.
is it just a bb you have or a min package.
forgot to mention dont use splitters

hi there, i have a similar problem.
Recieved my box the other day and flashed with the latest firmware.
I scanned for channels yesterday.. selected "4 Telewest" and Network on the search.
It picked up all the channels sly movies / sports ect but only the FTA channels are working. Scrambled channel is displayed on the subscription channels.

I have read that you should not use a splitter... this is where i have a problem.. im using VM BB so the splitter is required so my box can have both a cable feed and a connection to the router.

is there another way around this? Am i gonna have to change my BB reciever? if so will i still then recieve a cable signal to pick up the channels?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You do not mention connecting the ethernet cable to the box and your router.

If you have connected the ethernet cable reeboot both the router and the box.

select your net-id

then select the nearest id to your place.

min package has a higher signal than bb which is reduced,make sure it was the 780 file you downloaded and follow hitecks sticky of how to setup and scan on a 750 same box without a lan port.is your area fully n3 as if its not streamed it wont work as there is no n1 firmware.
