i cant c no lighting in the ethernet ports

i think your box is faulty....
i would take the lid off it and check behind ethernet port for lose wire...
but only if your confident enough

if those light are not lighting then your box isnt connecting...
the only thing you can do is take the lid off it and have a look or phone your supplier....

oh ok so disappointed was getting excited for this box to come
