          Software updated. Not picking up any channels. The ethernet cable is plugged in as is the aerial cable.

          Any ideas?

              We got channels but I went into menu, went back to the channels and the screen came up scrambled.

                r u getting free channels like bbc .. there an option to download software in the menu over the internet u need to see if that's working to tell if your internet is working right

                  It says already updated. The channels are now working again after rescanning. Do the channels automatically save? Can you sort the channels alphabetically.

                        ADD FAVOURITE

                        press OK then MENU on ur rc
                        in the edit menu select ADD FAV option
                        press <> to select parameter to change
                        go to chan you want to add
                        press OK on rc
                        to undo just press OK again
                        press EXIT
                        select OK to save changes
                        select EXIT to undo changes

                        RENAME FAVOURITE

                        press OK then MENU on rc
                        in the edit menu select rename fav option
                        press <> to select parameter to change
                        you can edit the selected chan name with the pop up keyboard
                        save then OK

                          we are missing some channels like ITV and BBC. We went through telewest rather than ntl is this right? Losin the plot now

                            you have not scanned properly,
                            do a factory reset and scan again.
                            do automatic search
                            scan for network channels
                            and pick tp closest to your location
