i have all channels up and running now...

we were told when problems started that it was "server maintanence" and all will be resolved soon...

buying any sort of pirate box carries risks...
if you aren't prepaired to except this then i suggest you get you boxes from here
to be fair some channels were down for longer than expected, but look on the brightside...
the main channels (sly sports, movies etc) were for the most part operational....
we are all trying to get something for nuthin here....

considering the fact that we are paying a fraction of the full sub..
some "problems" are to be expected....
i'm just happy with what i have got...
(no offence, just my opinion)

THIS i understand m8, we all tae our chances and i do accept this, but does that mean we all pay our money and get deserted the first time the S*** hits the fan , the hole idea of haveing a good product is good backup, is that not where the starview failed ?

yes i totally agree but my problem is not with "problems" are to be expected...
.but with no feeed back as to what and when problems happen , no one seems to come out and say either boxes are F****D or "houston we have a problem , but IT WILL BE FIXED " bear with us ,we are all just left to wonder whats happening .

yes but if we pay ?150 for KV and only get 3 quarter of the channels and never sure when they will be up or down then arent we better payin ?30 (30x12=360 about double price of KV ) and gettin 3 quarter channels guarrenteed form aove adress .

again no intent to belittle box or suppliers jut tryin to find out whats happening with these oxes once and for all ,

are they good or have they come to the end of there shelf life ?

as long as ppl keep buying them the servers will keep working, know where your coming from as to information from them as to what is going on when things are going down

its pretty simple ,
ths may be there first mistake , but its not to late to rectify it, as ppl will search and read these kind of posts/threads when they are looking for a box , they could just get someone and come out and tell us "are there problems with these boxes or is it a server problem and if so ,when will it be fixed , if they dont kow then they should say they dont ,but , it will be fixed rather than it will be workin ,.,.,monday,.,.mybe tuesday ,.,.ok mybe wednesday or WE DONT KNOW ,.

Hi all, here in Barry,s.wales, boxes like v/media(ntl) and eurovox,which ive got, av all gone dwn too,ive flashed my box and several others but still no joy. Boxes with cards are being "tested" and are being trialed b4 being returned to their owners. So it looks like free tv is on hold for a while.....unless u no any different????

No it was an A750 problem.

Swapped it for a 780 and ok now.
