Right OK, have checked ALL connections, tight. Does this include scart leads? Will this really affect my signal?

As I say, most other channels are fine, just sports I only receive ss4 and news, showcase movies just blocky, then freezes box. Very odd!

With everything else working OK, I think I've scanned correctly, just pi**ed no sports to be honest

No he cant because there's ~~~~ all wrong with the server. My 750, 780 & 790 are all fully functionable with exceptional picture quality.

If the boxes are set up correctly and the signal your receiving is of reasonable strength you will be fine.

but your point about exceptional pic quaility.
is it my imagination or is the pic on the a780 better than samsung vm "legite" box.
i have both boxes wired to same tv and to me,
the pic looks clearer on the a780.....

Thanks for all your help. Tried something earlier.. removed splitter and connected directly from KV to VM input, scanned. Replaced splitter. Resulted in FULL listings though only 80% are working ok, rest blocky still.
Gonna check net ID from above list now to make sure all is correct.

Can I just check something please? The aerial lead around my lounge is standard TV aerial fitted with F port adaptors each end. Will this cause my problem with blocky pics?

Yep. The quality of the pic on the latest software is the tops. No beed for HD unless your a money spending freak.
