yes i have a basic tv package, and these all show on my tv package but i cannot access them because i don pay for them, this is what i dont get..........if my basic tv package picks them up on a csan then my krypt should pick these up when i scan?

everytime i scan then never show up

even the hd channels show even though you cannot access them

signal strength is ranging from 56 - 88

you are missing a few,
you have got a poor aignal or wrong net id...

I'm getting the same problem as this guy, I can only get Sky sports 2, 4 and a couple others. What's annoying is I'm getting ALL the HD channels! Tried all the suggestions on this thread but no joy...is there something simple I'm missing here?

you are probably selecting wrong net id....

which area are you in?
do you pay a basic sub?
do you have a vermin box?

I'm in Greenford so think my net id should be 41047, thing is I get every id surrounding that one (41040 to 41060) apart from 41047!!

I have a basic Virgin Package, freeview/internet/phone if that's what you mean?

Not sure what vermin box is...sorry...new to this craic.
