well if your missus can find it,
there is way to use it , to work out which net id and provider you should be scanning for....

We've already turned the house upside down when the dbox crashed looking for it, her "somewhere safe" is normally thrown out!

Is that the only way I'm gonna be able to solve my problem??

        no m8,
post your location and hopefully a member close by will advise you of which net id and provider you should be choosing....

        ps.
vermin will be looking for that box back when you terminate your contract...
they never sell boxes and you are always renting it....

would there be any reason why I can't pick up a certain id? looking at the list on another thread I should definitely be 41047 but can't see it!!!

Factory reset and try a scan again on 41069.

Done this Satsmo and all channels listed, however can only view free channels. Spoke to bloke who sold me the box and following his advice going to leave the box on standby for the night with the internet on and see if the power search mode fixes the problem. Will post back my results! Thanks all for your help...

Looks like the correct net id then, leave it on Sly Sports and it will update CWs for scrambled channels. If still not decrypting reboot router/modem/KV and wait for a few minutes.

Hopefully that is all that you require.
