got up today lost 101 to 107 anyone no why ? did a rescan still not there am in kirklees nthell .net id 0001

If the box has been in standby (powerscan mode) over night its possible that there has been some maintenance on a particular transponder and it has scanned a blank. Leave in standby overnight again and they will probably come back. Scanning should bring them back as long as any maintenance is complete.

done another scan , still same channels missing

are you defo on the correct net id?

how i check it i know net id is 0001 where i look in bx for it

make sure you are acanning properly...


1 do a factory reset
2 select automatic scan
3 change provider to (your provider)
4 change channel type to "networked"
5 start scan (green buton i think)
6 after a few mins a list of tp's should appear
7 chose you net id
8 box should now scan and store all channels.
if there are still channels missing, then you may have a weak signal.
