Are you running a wired Lan or Home plugs ( wireless )?
Signal 70 is ok on mine
In the back of the box is the Lan lit up where it connects to box? It lights up green on mine

            2. installation
            3. s/w update

then post back what it says on screen.....

that means you can connect to server...

you should be up and running then,
switch yer box off and on,
then leave it on ssp1 for 5 mins.
                see if channels come on....

                    it means just that,
                    the channels are encrypted,
if it was a low signal, then the box would say "no or bad signal"

the test i asked you to do earlier confirms you are reaching server.

                    best thing to do is.
                    1. switch off modem,router,box.
                    2. switch on modem, wait 2 mins, switch on router, wait 2mins
                    3. switch on box and put on a premium channel for a few mins, then change channel...

                    your channels should work....

Your obviouly connecting to the server.

                        Check your getting BBC 1, 2, ITV & Chan 4 n 5

If they are ok, switch off the home hub at the main, after 10 secs switch back on, wait for two minutes then switch the box off at the main, After 10 secs switch back on. Put on to Sky Sports 1 and leave for ten minutes.

Possibly. I have done one with an Orange Hub with only one ethernet outlet and that was fine using homeplugs as well.
