hi,can anybody confirm if kv 750 is down or is it the sever as mine gone dead saying scrambbled or no signal,this happens alot.tried swichting on & off but no luck ,help will be appriciated.

thanx for your quick reply, iv connected to wireless router then to iconn then in to receiver,still used to work although i had to switch on off many times to clear the signal,if this is wrong can you please advice me how it should be done tanx 4 your help.Comment

If its bad or no signal it sounds like your cable feed to your box. Could be a poor connected screw end or loose wire.
Try BBC 1, if that says bad or no signal its deffo the cable feed.Comment

Sorry for earlier post, I may be confusing KV with SVU or Ddigital. I don't have KV to check menu, but if you reboot router, then power-up i-connect, then power-up box it should connect to internet.
Firstly flash box with KVa750 i-connect firmware 09/09/10.
Then fac-reset & scan for channels.
Now connect i-connector to box & router. Wait for i-conn. to load update to box. You will see SUCC in display when complete. This firmware is in STICKIES at top of page. Read Satmo's instructions. Now when you select s/w update it
should either update or say s/w up to date.
Once your internet connection is OK you should look at your
signal strength. It should be 70+. You may need to replace
faulty cables or splitters. Check sig. strength when box is
working & when not working.Comment
