No it means for some reason your not getting an internet connection.

Are the ethernets pushed fully home

Hang On "Software Transfer" is not S/W Update.

Check the right menu.

Installation
0000 password

Then the fourth down should say S/W Update. If it doesnt the box needs flashing.

If you have a desktop with a Serial port you just need a null modem cable. Order one today on fleabay you shoud get it tommorrow. Maplins are thieves when it comes to bits like that. Then follow the tut at the top.
