most inporting thing is make sure all connection are good this will make a big diffrents to your viewing and reboot router

I have a kryptview a780 LAN...


It was working fine when I bought it for a week then a few channels went off Friday night and it jsut completely went off Saturday, tried for 3 hours Sat, a further 2 hours Sunday, tried yesterday, came on first time then went off again, tried at around my uncles who lives about 0.3miles away wouldn't work there either?

So got no idea. However his Virgin Media plus box was still working so it can't be a area fault?

I've restarted the router, turned modem off, turned cable box off etc. and nothing comes on at all... is there anything else I can do? Will older version of firmware help or should i re-flash?

hi duglish mine has been off in knowsley for 2 days now done all things rooting box and router just reflashed all i am getting is the fta channels

you both must have an internet problem
