scrambled or no video unwatchable quality?

Hello, recently brought a Kryptview box, set it up, following instructions from a video, not the firmware loading guide tutorial on here. Anyway its scanned all channels sly sports, everything, i can see the picture, but like most channels seems to be blotchy and pixals jumping out of place pretty unwatchable, then fades out saying 'scrambled or no video' at times will come back on.. but still not watchable picture

    any help? thanks.

it is important for some people to connect the box to a live feed

take your box downstairs where your subbed box is and try it there if possible.
also is the poor picture quailty on the f.t.a channels like bb1 etc?

are you sure you have scanned the correct net id?

Yeah, the poor picture quality is on the FTA channels too.

When coming up with List of NET ID it gives me one to select (which isnt my area, its close but not my area)
then the rest say 'already excist' i dunno how to get rid of that.

                      reset ?

maybe a factory reset and start all over ( just a suggestion )

Tried the factory reset, still comes up with 'already excists'

just taken the box downstairs... FTA channels seem to be working fine. The other channels dont load up, says 'scrambled no video'

                          scrambled

make sure router is rebooted etc when connected to the box downstairs

Just seems to be doing the same, i dont understand it, why the picture are all fuzzy and cracking up unwatchable.. Maybe i should buy a null modem cable? and try flash it that way instead of the way i am currently?

                              null modem cable

the null modem cable is only used for putting fimware on the first time
