Regards the fix simple thing is yes there is one and it hasnt been released as of yet. This has nothing to do with traders, the author of the fix is using it to help others in relation to carrying out this fix themselves. So to release it now as a quick solution would stop the learning process as such.

The keys are changing every day so I doubt they'd get away with it for long.

A lot of people think the traders hang around these sites for the fix.. so so wrong.... Like em or loathe them.. there are some very talented guys making a lot of money out of the boxes..

It's a fact that a member of another site HAS the fix and openly admits to it. It's HIS fix and he's tutoring members to work it out themselves rather than spoon feed them. Seems a few other members in that thread also have the fix.

On the premise that talented hobbyists have working fixes do you think for 1 minute the traders who make a living out of this have not ??

Its not a case to debate the fact is the fix is there and will be released. Traders hang around every forum regardless of what the fix is for. Remember also that the guy who has done the fix didn't have to do it.

Wish i had the brains to write my own fix , but wouldn't have the 1st idea !
How do they do that ! , Where the hell would you begin??
I don't know about being "spoon fed" , i'd need a belt on the head with a bloody big spoon , to even kick start my brain , i'd love to learn though.

hi dizzle, still no update for starview 1, don't think there ever will be to be honest, i got fed up of waiting and have now just bought myself a nice new kryptview. would recommend everyone does the same as they are far better than starview, i.e. better picture quality, proper 16:9 widescreen, auto sorts channels in provider order, epg that actually works, support for these is second to none, and there arent any dodgy clones about (at least yet)that will end up bricking when you try to upgrade them.
