Hi I'm new to this game
I have a Starview 4 which does not appear to have a secret menu? I have looked through the software and it appears to be v1.03.
Do I need to download the latest updates and then access using 1570?

I put 1.12v on but the movies & sports are still missing, and slowly some other's are disapering, is it going to go all to gether again ?? It aso is missing the clock and the info on programes.

hi every one, i live in leeds and my starview 4 box decided to stop working yesterday it informs me of no signal. i have tryed to rescan but that didnt work i factory reset it and no luck. i have updated it to the v1.12 and tryed scanning but still no signal and no channels plz help!!!

Leeds has been having sevice problems since yesterday Virgin Media > help > service status > status ticket:region=YK

i had ntl and when my contract finished i got a chipped box had that running for a wile untill i got the starview 4 a couple months ago and yesterday it came up with no signal on all the channels

if you ended your contract, vermin might have turned you off. put cable into back of tv and scan tv. if no channels then you are cut off. things will get better if and when you know if you still have a live feed.
