done starview software update still cant find channels

hi ive reflashed my starview with the new software and not finding any channels S is on 95% and Q is on 10% symbolrate is on auto and QAM is on 64 can any body help thanks in advance pje

Try a different symbol rate. and make sure u dont have any splitters on your incoming VM connection

put the symbol rate in manualy try 6952 then delete all channels and rescan.

hi when i do that the the scan freezes give me S 95% Q 95% but soon as it unfreezes and keeps scanning it goes back to S95% and Q 10% thanks for the replys

if you say where you are in the uk someone can give you the correct symbol rate for your area.

the symbol rate i posted was for the manchester area any one no the symbol rate for oxford please post.

Theres only 3 just try them all goto channel 511 type 1819 on the remote to see if there activated.

make sure you scan from direct feed and lan removed and insert when channels loaded,and box and router and modem may need rebooting

Go on auto search then on symbol rate and move it left or right ro your symbol rate then press search
