why do u think its a big con? no joke we are all on and have followed the same guide as everyone else process of elimination go thru the setup again and make sure u have good net connection and u have put in the code on ss 1 and try an hopefully u will be in buisness no one is conning any1 a few people havin a few probs but people getting thru with help from the nice people here in the forum

what starview box have you got,have you got the cable coax screwed onto the back of your box?

I have Starview7 box I'd be pretty stupid not to have coax cable screwed in. This box worked perfectly before last cut off. Have done factory restore 3 times now and scanned each time gone to sp1 and pressed 1819. Net connection "excellent" and 30mb speed.

i had to press ok after pressing 1819 b4 enable went off the screen,have you tried that?
