some movie channels now on

my movie channels have gone off

when you do a scan try changing the qam to 256 then scan.

rite just got back and still nothing, didnt get any channels on 256? just checked got the new software off bigmaq bar says 26/3/11 on it so the newest 1, done factory reset and still just gettin 11 channels which dont work? can i put carling back on and re apply the new firmware?

Disconnect the internet,do factory reset then auto scan you should have around 300 channels,if not then rescan again without comming out of the menu.

Yes your channels come down your vermin cable, the internet decodes them. When I did my first factory reset I only got 11 channels also so rescanned again and they all came on,by the way you may need to change back from 250 to 64,at least thats whats on mine

You lot on here having a giraffe? tried all suggestions still only getting 5 channels, all other channels are listed but scrambled.
Think this is all a big con!

so out of curiosity what channels are actually working ?,as i have had quite a few channels come on but then after a while they have seemed to go off,can some kind soul give us a list of channels that are working..thanks in advance.
