I speak from my experience. (Some of us are in the UK and have cable.)

It wasn't working when I woke up. I rescanned and then turned it off and on. It's now working. May not work for everyone but the advice worked for me.

i was going daft last night trying to get box back on but now on here is a tip take u time think and read what folk are writing on here we are not all compt lit and it easy when u slow down and thnik about it and befor u know it u box will be back on

i still got the old firmware on, still working, will only load the new firmware when this goes down...:-)
