you have to wait about 15 mins after your first post for server to update, have a look round while u wait.

hi guys great site im new to all this. i have a starview 1 (i think) it just says starview on the front anyway.

my brother set this up for me last time so could you guys let me know a little bit more about updating the box.

and is this an auto update so i dont have to put the codes in no more??

You need a program called GTROM4, a PC with a com port or Usb to Com connector and 10 mins free time. Oh and, Yes, this is Auto updating.

not updating lost channels

I have just tried to reflash but still have not managed to get all the channels back ,i've on sv1 clone used the gt rom 4 and cryp/257,still no joy any offers of advice?

used gt rom 4 and tried both cryp/257, 400 on my sv 1 stil did not work for me, could someone help me out please, thanks.

hi press menu and type 1570 on remote and it comes up secret menu and then on emu because emu is off and use sv1s clone 257.

turn emu on then hit the default key. then exit out to tv.
