can anyone confirm that all boxes which had the old software on and were working yesterday are all saying not connected today so the server wont let you connect from now on unless you have the new software on your box.

THAT SEEMS TO BE THE CASE..
i have just installed 2.2.1 and mine is up and running again..

As usual this has turned a little confusing.My box was working fine in Glasgow RUNNING SHOW MUST GO ON 2.12. Went off this morning so straight on to DK where i was delighted to see the kiddy had supplied smgo 2.21. However it doesnt seem to have made a difference, still getting not connected. Has anyone whos box was working with 2.12 upgraded to 2.12 and its working?

i put he new one on, no joy, then i put the carling one back on and scanned, then exited out of that, went to usb put on the new one, exit exit, went to ss2 1819 took a few sacs but it came on, working ok, a bit slower when changing channels but its going

i just put the new update on and everything is working fine... i never had any connection issues previous to this update... however it sez the box expires in august 2011... this has to be a mistake ryt?! i think the 1 yr subscription should start when things are 100%... i hope my box does not go off in aug...

wots the point in releasing firmware for your said box there is enough trouble with the sv let them get 1 working then sort the others chill mate ,you could always phone virmin up a subscribe every month ,just wait time is precious chill out

User with new box's I will have a solution for you all by the end of the day although they cannot be added to our current service as it has been locked down only for existing users!

The reason for this is as iv said on number of occasions that there was some unusual activity and also box's being cloned and Leaching from our service and we will not allow or tolerate this!

I will post later on this afternoon regarding a solution! KIDDY SAYS
