            I have 6 SV7 sitting here. i bought them off a reputable distributor , you may Wonder who, look to the Sky. These are my last 6, the rest of the batch were fine with Carling and then SMGO and new SMGO. But what about these that i have here? I sold 2 last week , as free to air, at cost price, but they e-mailed me asking what to do about not registered. What do I tell them?
            So if they pay for the gift will they truly get 12 months of service? or will it be broken service?
            You can understand my caution in this matter.
            Please Kiddy , please let us know what will happen with the new unopened ,unregistered boxes that we have.

              Thing is im a sv customer like the other people on here and i say people do have a right to complain, but people must understand when people got there boxes recently off there supplier and are not connected thats because they have not payed the kiddys team for them boxes to be connected to the new server, the suppliers are still selling theses boxes and keeping all the money but now the kiddys team have got a server up and running then now its time for the supplier to pay up and get all the boxes they have sold recently working for the people that have bought them, but will they pay? proberly not, these people that are complaining if i was them then i would be complaining to the supplier and not the people that have got a server up and running, all this work they have done into getting us abit of service back is good on them to do so and a server is not free, in the end everyone should of known there was going to be a cost in keeping your channels on, if the kiddy and the team can make money out of this then good on them, many people are saying they wont apy a sub but when other people pay and get theres back on then they will pay like the rest, no matter about all the problems with starview, people will keep paying because they are paying less then paying virmin.

                Well you tell them what you sold them has, fta boxes, if thats what you sold them has then why they emailing you? ask them are they getting there fta channels then if so whats the problem.

                  Did the distributor you got them off tell you what free gift you was going to get? if not send them back saying you didnt recieve any free gift with every box you bought off them, whats the free gift they was on about? ask them.

                    Very dear FTA boxes, that's the problem, suppliers using this old ploy will not wash anymore, as will those re-iterating the point on their behalf.

                      Sorry I didn't make myself clear, i bought these boxes a while back, as such there was no free gift with them, (time of carling) and just got lumbered with the stock. I did sell them last week as FTA, at cost with no support, just to recup some money back. They e-mailed me and I thought I would try and help them, even though I am not obliged to.
                      As long as the dealers add on the price of the gift now when they sell them then I can shift my stock. But if the gift comes included in the price I paid then I can't do anything.Make sense?

                            True satsmo its the supplier that should be sorting this out not the kiddy and NOKIAS when you got the boxes off your supplier the price you payed would off included the sub and a percentage would of gone to the starview team that was running the server. starview 6/7 was made with the lan adapter so they werent disposible boxes so after 12 months people would have to pay a sub to get there box back on, but there server got shut down so alot of people didnt get there 12 months, so now other people have taken over and want make some money, so they are not going to give the sub out free and give everyone there 12 months because someone else got that money to do that but now they are long gone, this is a different set of people now and the way they see it is that its pay day for them now.

                              Im not trying to make a point on there behalf, im the same has everyone else just a sv customer, im just trying to save people the hassle, people try to make a quick buck, but theses boxes just give you a quick headache

                                im sure you will get them back, thats why the expiry date was put in for so peoples boxes would go off and they would then have to pay a sub to get them back on, when the payment method is working ok then im sure you will hear about it on here and the people that have payed and have there box back on will let everyone know on here about it.
