Why should they give existing customers 12 months free, some have had boxes over a year, that's how long they are meant to last.

to be honest the 25 quids for 6 month is not bad (assuming they get some sort of service going), alot of people have tried to buy the 6 month sub via paypal but the sv account is not there, thats the frustration for alot of people.

When the service was restored kiddy did say all existing customers will get 12 months access. Also how do they know how long a person has had there box for. I have only had mines for 4 months. Also the trader who told me the box could have had the box in stock for more than a few months. How do starview monitor that.

Let's hope it's sorted then, they may be having problems, but only pay for 6 months, just in case

The pay service does not even work. The starview paypal account is not active but they have issued a starview support software
