need help starview 2 the box

hi there, 100% not clone i buy fron the wizard, problem happen when i didnt select anything and hit download and the box numbers went upto 700+, thanks.

make sure you restart the loader v4.3 at each step , select the file , then hit the correct selection for the file , then start the download and turn the box on each time , step by step , then hopefully it will give you the box screen at bootup , then factory reset to make sure if you get a screen up

try reflashing it again with 4.54 firmware and turn off and on after the reboot ( turn off at rear switch , wait a minute , turn on again ) , if it comes up make sure you do the factory reset

well , its either faulty or you will have to keep trying it from scratch , try the 4.51 again and see if that works , then factory reset it and try the 4.54 and logo file again , taking it stage by stage

it may well be faulty in which case nothing you can do will fix it
