    You lost me there mate, once I'm on my system settings viewing my expiry date (15 aug) and box no. what do I do?

      To activate - go to premium channel (ie sly sports 1) press 1819 on the remote and a box will appear top left of screen saying Enable, press ok

      If you have the latest SMGO2.21 firmware installed on your box and getting a blue box on the screen saying box expired you can get it back up and running as follows***8230;
      Mark down your box / mac no ***8211; you will get this from the menu
      Using remote press Menu then scroll to System Settings and press ok,
      at the bottom there will be the box no ref - 00261******* 12 digit ref

      Once you box comes back on you can check your new expiry date same as above ***8211; Menu, System Settings etc.

      Is this for those who have paid or all sv users ? I flashed with new firmware and keep getting blue box saying Log In message with a date, time and box number ?
      Can anyone offer any advice on this ??

          What do you mean when you type ***8211 or ***8230, i dont get it, please help.
