mine too with msg old sw box no, tried switching off at back and turned on after 5 minutes. This time the message disappeared but not getting the channels except the freebie onew - not connected.

Mine is NOT working.
Did a factory reset, rescan, 1819 - not connected
Turned router off then box off, router on, box on.
Still showing Not Connected on Info

Any ideas anyone?

Mine went the same blue box old SW and box number. So I done a factory default,rescan then 1819 working fine all back on

do this and all will be fine

system information changed, october date gone, sick and tired of sv7 any one kwow of a good satellite box worth buying

done the upload, download, left arm in, left arm out, the hokey cokey and its now working fine.

i did not intend to start mass hysteria last night, i just didnt know what had happened and thought that my 'subscription' was ending.

Got fed up so i ripped box out last night.Reading the posts this morning i decided to try again.As soon as all leads connected,all back on as if nothing had happend.

Just curious what box you have..
I have 2SV 1KV and 1 DB Sat box
I know of no CS sites were you don have some sort of problems which ususlay a reboot sorts

if its just a connection problem start with the basic test first
power off at rear box modem and router for 30 secs then on then after a min it should connect.

is it an outside breakdown fault in area,bookmark the site page that posts the issues/area problems.
