Just curious what box you have..
I have 2SV 1KV and 1 DB Sat box
I know of no CS sites were you don have some sort of problems which ususlay a reboot sorts

any chance of someone from the SV 'team' commenting on this and giving a defined answer to what the problem was?

SV clearly has a large following/usage numbers, all we ask is a little communication. i for one appreciate that the SV team is busy, but surely one person could comment.

maybe cut someone into your loop at a low level, to take charge of issueing statements and answers to problems like the last one.
