hi i just updated my software and its not working for sum reason and also it has changed my expiry date from august to july can plz sum1 help?

But can anyone help with the below
I have the latest FW, and I have paid the sub fee my box expiry date is 27/10/2012, I scan the channels, all fine then '1819' and channels all appear, watch sports, movies etc without problem however, after 20 minutes or so the picture will freeze and the screen says 'Scramble' even though I am still connected to the internet on my laptop, all I am left with is normal channels until the my Starview 7 connects back to the internet, but then it will happen again and again non stop
Any help would be appreciated

reply to cactikid, box is getting the ip address from the router but still i have rebooted both the router and modem to no avail, what do mean by pin is enabled? please advise. i also connected the network cable to laptop which is confirmed working on the internet. cheersComment

no idea if it is relevent but my box number has not changed but had the first seven digits removed which now means i have a five digit code
might be an idea to jot your previous number down in case they require the full code when you next re-subscribe
