    Starview hd combo

    Can someone tell me what is the biggest drive can I connect to these units ?

      I am currently using a 1Terrabyte portable hard drive no problems. Can get cheap on fleebay look for a western digital my passport. Tried them all up to this size and they work no problems. You will also need to download from the net a tool to format the drive to fat 32 as the drive will not work straight out of the box on your starview combo. Loads of free format tools on the net.

      Also forget using a usb stick over 10g as you will run into stuttering issues when recording anything in HD.
      Once upon a time it was all about backdoor 0 passwords, now its only about the rsa keys !!!!!!!

          My receiver can sometimes be hit and miss at connecting to a line resetting power usually sorts this is there better firmware than knightrider combo+ ver 4.24 out there?

              yes try the i was bored one day files from the download section , you can flash your box with spder firmware or mvision , both work good
