no sky sprts 1 or 2 or prem channels starview 4

help please when i scan channel list i dont get sky prems or sky sports 1,3 or extra showing up on list but sky sports 2 shows up on channel named ts 34...i have latest flash and all locked channels that show on scan unlock and work when using code 1570 etc...also using direct cable from wall no splitter...have scanned several times to no avail...i know iv mentioned this thread b4 but now im running out of options...please help

do a factory reset n press default n turn key code on

have lost count how many times iv done this...the problem is the channels dont even show up on list..why is it i get sports 2 and not the rest...dont figure...but thanx 4 reply

goldenbrown1- What version of firmware are you running?

Have you plugged the box directly to your cable feed Ie no splitters? then try another scan after setting defaults. then obviously dont forget the keycode on and set default key

either, try another provider, or go back to 1.07. if it worked before, then this would be the best bet. ynwa...

have tried another provider and 1.07 already. this weekend im gunna try box at friends house who uses a eurovox and gets all the channels if it still doesnt work then im getting a eurovox. if it does work then il try a booster... thoughts any1?

Try it at your friend's place as you have said, is he/she in the same area and on the same ex network?. If it works there then we know that it is a cabling/signal problem at your place and can better advise from that.

When I put my box in to standby mode for the night when I switch it back on the day after I have lost sky sports 1.2.3. but when I rescan they all come back

I have tried doing a factory reset but I still got the same problem now I have just updated my box to the new 1.10 key so I will see if that solves the problem
