Ive been having the same problem too, but ive lost more channels just says no signal. ive rescanned but no change.

so if i download software v1.10 for stARVIEW 4 is it easy to install? I'v lost channels 1-5 but have all the rest for some reason

you might not have to upgrade to v10 you prob just need to do a factory reset then do a rescan and dont forget to turn on the key code

Same here in Dublin my 500 C and two 600 PVRs all lost these channels tried everything no luck

i keep getting my channels back after i reset and rescan just a pain in the arse wondered if its just a temp thing while they where moving the signals about or if they are just moving the signals constantly to pee us off

I updated firmware to 1.10, then reset to manufacturer setting, then turned EMU backon using 1570.

hi all have starview 4. put in new firmware 1.10. had all channels last nite but came in from work and bbc1 bbc2 itv and channel 4 are all blank. also sky1 @ sky 2 now gone. have tried factory reset. rescaned and emu is on but channels still blank also reflashed but still the same. anybody else having this problem. i live in dublin ireland. dont know if that has anything to do with with it. any ideas thanks

Seeing the same thing on the dreambox for these channels.
Rescan picks up the channels, but no pic/sound.
Streaminfo says Nagra1/2/3 are all present.

Hi peeps if u can try brute force scan or powerscan has there are new transponder's hope this helps .

stare view 4 . dublin nt.hll bbc1 and 2/utv/ch4 sky1 and2 wear on nagra one . all srorts and movies are on nagra two and sum others chanles on nagra two.wen ntl switched off nagra one to day everbody lost bbc2 and 1 utv ch 4 sky 1and 2 and more ch.we will have to wate for a fix from star view . dont wast your time tunein your box jost wate

..... dublin nt hell the [krypt view box] is workiny on all channes. be cos they are on nagra two .

the 1800 stream is just empty now on these channels on 347Mhz
the starview firmware is being easily confused with the blank n1 which it is probably still trying to decode because of the 5401 provider id, which will be still inside emu for uk.

well thats my bet

you will prob see it come back when the channels moves to 1801/1802 only,, i.e they remove the empty 1800 container. ( they only moved today, prob be a day or two and they go the same way as others and the 1800 stream dissapear complete)

kv and itgate are working fine because they were not rush jobs and know to decode it on the 1801 stream!...

Hi all,

New to this forum and not a techie, some great advice when i look back on the thread.

Seems that NTL Ireland have moved everything to Nagra 2. that's why we have lost all the channels that were still on Nagra 1. is it likely that there will be a fix for this? if so what's the likely timeframe? I just bought 3 flashed Starview 4 USB, just my luck!!!!

BTW i believe that the Kryptbox is not having the same problems, is this because they have the powerscan?? is there any major difference between the 2 boxes and which One would you suggest somebody purchase with their hard earned, recession riddled, tax hammered few bob?

channels down in waterford as well, possibly all over Ireland. surely if this fix can decode the sports etc it can still do the other channels. also heard talk that new n*l cards are on the way so we could be looking at N3 by christmas
