im using crypstar 1.5 core 275 prety sure its a clone and it just says starveiw on the front top left and scarts are to the left as u look at it

not sure if this is gonna help but i will try to assist

Try going into your port setting in device manager

setting it to 115200 is normal for mine sv4

However depending what ports you are using you may concider removing them all, then placing your lead back into the pc and letting it become port 1

Other than this I can only suggest checking you are using a Null modem lead, not a com - com and Checking you have upto date drivers for your usb - com port adapter
