hi mate, iv just ordered a '5' today. i set up a starview 4 the other day and was told that exactly the same files would work on the starview 5. Im still using version 9, it works a treat.

Well my m8 in Birmingham has also got one today and is also struggling to find firmware atm.
Some shops have already got stock and cant resist a sale.

I suppose as its not officially released until Monday, he just have to hang on to it.

As said it requires its own fw which will be available soon. Looks like someone has released the boxes before the firmware.

l bet this does take the sv4 software , there just trying to sell new looking models on the back of how easy it is to upload f/w your self ie anyone can use these , well before n3 comes that is
