try a manual scan on frequency 363000, symbol rate at 6952 and 64 qam and see if you get anything, i am in leeds area, and this is one of the frequencies that has channels on. admitably, this frequency may only work in leeds, on excw, but i used tw to get my chans, and that works ok, even though i am ex cw area.
