Starview 5 Setup in simple terms?

Hi people sorry to be so silly. But i have tried to make sense and do my box by infomation from other threads but cant make sense of all the jargon (not very good with things like this). Can anyone help with a step by step guide on how to set the box up? I would be gratefull i have this file TheboxSuperUSB2_v2.03.20090923.BIN if anyone could help i would be very gratefull

Help, despite loads of attempts cannot access secret menu on starview 5, pressing menu the 1570 nothing. Any1 got suggestions.
