Is this the latest (one after the 0108 firmware)? what will it change (what were meant to be the bugs in last update)?

I think it is the latest because you go of the last 4 digits to get the firmwares release date. and 0122 (22Jan) is latest. But to your other question about what it does we in same boat. put same question on techwatch forum, see what happens. if i find any info will pm you k.

No need for pms as I said in the description in downloads, the latest update for the LAN box contained a few bug fixes, e.g A to Z sorting and a few stability fixes, you may have not noticed any of these.

If you are happy enough with the previous fw you do not need to update.

ok ta....will upgrading to the latest 22 january fw erase all my channels....or will they be left as they are ? i mean the channels for sky...not too bothered about the cable channels list........cos its taken me ages to sort out and delete the unwanted ones....ta

i'm sure if you have a LOOK, there will be. but knowing this site you will not get a sensible answer!! i just wish they all had your sense of achievement!!!

ok updated to the latest FW jan22...lost connections on my test lines...reebooted starview, router and modem...still wouldnt connect to server....reverted back to 8th jan fw....test servers connected straight away...looks like some bug in the FW or not?....

Yeah, select USB from menus, then press the green button to create a save file of all your channels. After update goto factory reset area and select restore, select the file you created.

Has anyone used the sat side of this? Im only wanting the FTA/FTV channels. What settings do i need to search with?? because at the moment i am only getting about 25 different versions of ITV only.
