Hi,
I've just lost a load of channels off my box and reloading the firmware (tried 1.07 and 1.12) has'nt cured it. has anybody else experienced this? any suggestions how to sort it?

do a factory reset no need to reflash just got ot factory rest on remote code 0000 then choose english ..choose ur local cable provider resacn goto sly sports and wait for update ....dont forget to goto secret cas menu 1570 on remote and open keycode on and turn default on

unfortunately i've done as you've said a couple of times and i still cant access my usual channels.
Any other suggestions?

where do u live ? if u live in either ireland or leeds u r knackered cos nag 3 is out ..the new enscription from virmin.....if not are u sure u are turnin the keycode back on and pressin default?

if any cable splitters are fitted remove first before scanning.

I have tried and tried again the procedure above but still no good, I am in Keighley, about 30 miles from leeds could this be the nag3 problem?

has this just happened?? it could be a local vermin problem if it affects other people as well!

in the last week a few channels have been moved to different frequencies in Glasgow
the easiest solution is to do a factory default reset and scan
