i have lost all my channels did the rescan and only got a few back,so i am loading the the 1,12 firmware its says its downloading been doing it for 2 hours and nothing is happening ,it says not to turn box of,can anyone help

hi jok you seem like you know what your doing so help me out. plllllllllsssssss my box super usb has been down for days now. we have nothing. it simply say the box super usb no other brand name have done all that menu>factory default> menu 1570> key code on> automatic scan> and zilch. madness it is so plsssssss helllpppp il be so grateful

not you if i/we have asked, but is your cable still live? try putting it directly into a tv. also check scrt leads etc.

yes i have a live connection. the virgin box is working. but only got basic on that.so am using that cable.

I see you have v1.05 f/w on your box, you'll need to put v1.12 on there.

But have a read at post 48 before you go bricking your box.

hi i looked at the clone pdf. but im a girl and still confused. was that pic view form the front or hold it away from you. saying i think im ok to download 1.12 i just dont know where to find that firmware and what to do .x so pls talk me through much appreciated

also jok ive jus tried download from the site downloads> starview.but all it brought up was 4shared site and file find???? so does that mean it has to look elsewhere for the firmware or is there an easier way????

and if you just save the file and try to open it doesnt work cos no components. and asks to locate on web?
