Starview SuperBox Firmware Update

I have all but a select few of channels back i.e. sports 1 and sky prem 2 still missing. I understand i need to update my firmware version which is currently 1.07 to 1.12. What is the process for doing this - i take it i need to download it onto a memory stick but then i am unsure about what to do?

i've been running v 1.12 since august and its been fine up until a couple of weeks ago.

i've done a factory reset and re run 1.12, but only receive basic channels.

do i need to do something to the cas as well?

any help would be gratefully received

hi most of my channels have gone down on 20/03/2010 I have starview usb and am in cheshire, I too have followed the abve procedures as well as codes, do I need to download v1.12. thanks for everybodies input.

just dowloaded version 1.12 for starview through usb dongle and im back up and running.

I have been told I need to update the firmware and have found a link to the files for this but I can not download the BIN files to put them on my memory stick to update the box.
