Ive lost all my channels aswell and have no idea how or what i have to do to get them back. I have a starview hd combo box and jus get the basic channels at the min. Lost all the others

Hi Please be kind to me as im a bit silly when it comes to tech things. I live in Belfast and have a The Box Super and have lost all channels except 1-5. The channels have been switching themselves off daily and today they have now all gone. I have tried scanning and rescanning daily but nothing seens to help. Could somebody please help by telling me in the simplest terms now i might fix the problem and also what the default key is? Thanks
